heres another unicode bug. I tried to follow this person but its seemingly hungup on request and the username part is still showing in punycode

@Аим_Нискажуя@лемми.опенсорс.рус
@Аим_Нискажуя

@wakest fixed

@lnkr oh hot damn! testing 123 @Аим_Нискажуя

@lnkr mentions and follows working but breaking down when it gets into the reply box and in the add to collections screen (probably need to figure out how to disable this ability on accounts that don't support collections anyway)

@wakest I think that is just the previous working mention from the thread getting copied to the reply box? Let's check, try replying to this post with a proper mention

@Аим_Нискажуя

I'll take a look at collections later. Reasonable to assume that unicode shenanigans are not fixed all across the board but hopefully some basic interactions are

@wakest oh, actually no, I'm wrong. Maybe it's cached. I'll check

@lnkr also note that you are on the cuttttting edge here. this shit is broken across the fediverse so you are already further along then most!

@wakest my main concern there is that supporting the unicode makes some phishing technics more viable, like replacing some letters with undistinguishable ones in username or domain to impersonate some well known handle. Not sure how to address that one yet
