so the only "thing" we can do without allowing the bad guy to win... is to force those company to develop the next generation to be less and less "bad" for humanity and the market.

If you genuinely believe otherwise, then by all means, join their security team for $200 a month and show us all how it's done, analyzing every line of code that lands on their desk with the same output as an AI. Until you're willing to do that, repeating the same flawed argument isn't helping anyone.
