@yassie_j insulation works both ways, but windows are a giant hole of focusing the sun's entire output into heat

so problem I get is the house stays comfortable inside so long as it can cool down enough overnight, but a week-long heatwave is enough to keep the temperature raising every day. even doing passive things like closing the curtains & opening windows at the right time
