Holy crap, turns out there is actually a very big difference between Claude Opus on Pro and Claude Opus on Max. Hot damn, I am actually impressed with Opus on Max, but on Pro it just wasted time. I guess that makes sense from a business perspective, but I wrote off Opus way too quick. I doubt I'll end up keeping Claude Max, I really do not need the 5x usage limits, but figured I'd try it for a month, see how well it works and what Fable's all about etc.

@technocounselor It's like Twitch or Youtube, but for audio only, with accessibility in mind. So if you want to stream audio mostly for the blind audience, use it.

No one is disputing the issue of concern legitimacy, we're arguing two issues:

1. If the concern ls legitimate, then the response should be universal, not only to smart glasses but to cameras overall. Right now we see people upset about Flock and Smart Glasses. Okay, what about all the other cameras?

2. We're discussing whether the concerns over privacy outweigh the benefits that the technology brings. You might say no, and that's fine, but there is a legitimate argument for "The benefits outweigh the concerns"

"There are benefits but we need to establish social or legal frameworks around acceptable use"

@Flaming_Water24 @serge What about taking this Japanese example and prevent from turning off the camera light? I heard there is a light that tells anyone "this person is recording a video", but now it can be turned off.

I still didn't hear any arguments why smart glasses are bad and smartphone cameras are good. they are so good that in Japan there used to be a law that prevented from turning off camera shutter sound, and Nokia used to release Japanese firmware separately in the days of yore. but it was in the days when video was a rare beast, nowadays anyone can use their smartphone, or a tripod, or whatever.

@Flaming_Water24 @serge No, it can't. It's even more surprising to me since you're blind yourself. Take the cane in one hand, the shopping cart in the other, and try to do something with a smartphone (whose touch screen requires two hands and a significant amount of dexterity, and you need also to hear everything TTS speaks). I mean, I lack for words, if I explained that to a sighted person, I would have no questions.
