I’m not putting them all on 1 server. That server only has 254 users. It’s just the one with the most videos available.

Servers have nothing to do with interests, location and philosophy. The one with the most users has 219k.

Sure, on the other hand, sending someone to a server with 7 videos because no one enables federation just ensures there’s no entity at all.
