in our area, people are just smashing in grab at a grocery store, because they arent even allowed to give them “customer” service anymore. these people are not hurting for money, but to fuel thier addiction(very high area of people doing various drugs. not even allowed to lock up the expensive stuff, because idiot regionals think the store needs to have all items available for customers.

so many other chain stores have closed up thier store due to the same kind of theft. its only matter if time before the ones near the encampments where people do alot of drugs close too. they dont even go after alcohol anymore.
the WF near us, just disables most of the self-checkout to reduce the “thefts” but the thefts i mentioned earlier are just smashing and grabbing, and its now elevated to organized crime/theft, because the junkies/homeless people realized all the WF, and other stores arnt going to pursue, or detain these people they all act coordinated.
