Yeah… only there’s evidence that suppers the claim. Man. Science is such a fucking burden. Isn’t it?

For almost a century, the Flynn Effect was the standard. Yet, suddenly, it ended with Gen Z. This isn’t opinions bud. It’s science.

You just don’t like the outcome.

Right. You heard people whining about dumb shit. This isn’t the same. This is a study done with factual results.

Covid was forced on them. AI slop wasn’t. Each generation has its share of shit they were handed, and shut they could have easily avoided.

No. They don’t.

I’ve always felt lucky to have been born Gen X. The music, the movies, the sports… all the legendary moments and all the huge breakthroughs to have been able to experience.

But now, sadly- there is another bonus, I’ll never live long enough to see end-result of AI erasing human culture. It’s enough to see it so quickly and thoroughly hobble the younger generation’s ability to think for themselves… we also have to see people dumb enough to enable it to continue.

I may not be glad when my times comes… but I think I’ll be pretty relieved.

I suppose it’s a good thing that this article does neither.

And again…. They tested for more than just IQ. Read the article. Try and understand it.

All of these things are quantifiable.

The problem is, that person that picks up the pain rush will have no outlet for their craft because all the hacks will do it for scratch and people will become so accustomed to the slop that it will look/sound perfectly fine to them.
