It’s so hard to believe how people put so much money into a completely unknown stock on day one. These people are not on their first day as investors but they are sure acting like it.

I think too many kids grew up on social media and believe whatever they read there. Fed by algorithms.

Even though, these guys have so much money so I guess it’s adults? It’s pretty shocking.

Its because they make money buying whatever goes up, instead of holding selected companies for a long time.

Think about it. You could have made 150% by holding micron for three months. Big tech companies take five years to make that much. So that’s why these investors have to jump on the bandwagon no matter what the fundamentals are.

They also sell as soon as it starts to show weakness, which is why micron dropped 30% in like 3 days.

Tesla is a hype stock and is based on hopes and dreams. Maybe it will get there but probably not. If Elon gets sick or quits, the entire company doesn’t have a chance.

I would say there is a very big chance of that happening in the next few years.

The next big wave is probably robotics and tesla could have a chance there though to once again rise. But many other tech companies want the same market.

It’s the same reason why other tech companies are falling too, like alphabet. The giant spending on AI surprised the market, which is strange, since it hasn’t been a secret. But the stock market is always over-reacting, which is why it’s easy to make money long term.

People without experience get scared and sell their stocks, until they get the needed experience to either sell and buy something on the way up, or don’t sell and wait it out.
